Katie Rapheal Quesada

Katie Rapheal Quesada has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Katie began their career as a General Intern at Paper Magazine in 2013. In 2015, they were a Preperators Department Intern at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, where they assisted in the installation of world-renowned sculptor Doris Salcedo’s first ever retrospective and participated in meetings with other major art museums about traveling exhibitions. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Access Chicago Realty, Inc. and as a Community Engagement Specialist at Center Coast Realty, where they served as sole administrative and marketing assistant to founder/managing broker, and organized and filed all documents pertaining to HR, financials, and real estate transactions. Since 2018, they have been working as Director of Product Development and Senior Manager of Operations & Product Development at Fur, where they are responsible for managing all aspects of the product development process, day to day operations, and retail partner accounts.

Katie Rapheal Quesada received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Fibers from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2016. Prior to that, they attended The Beacon School from 2008 to 2012.
