Denis Korneev

Denis Korneev is currently an Operations Assistant at Furhat Robotics. Prior to that, they worked as a Developer in Robotics at Telia Sverige from August 2017 to November 2018. Denis has also worked as a Dialogue Designer at Voice Provider from January 2011 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing efficient dialogue (over the phone) that both supported a business case as well as good customer experience. Denis has extensive experience working with large customers, including Skatteverket (Swedish tax office), försäkringskassan (Swedish social services office), Comhem (large triple-play operator), DNB (large Norwegian bank).

Denis Korneev has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Linguistics from Uppsala University, and has taken courses at Berghs School of Communication.
