Furhat Robotics
Nicholas Pugin is a robot technician who has worked for Furhat Robotics since January 2018. Nicholas has also worked as an academic assistant, technical support assistant, and sports massage therapist. In addition, they have coached gymnastics at various levels.
Nicholas Pugin attended Hottentots Holland High School, where they studied math and science. Nicholas then attended Stellenbosch University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Honours in Sport Science. Nicholas also earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science from Stellenbosch University, as well as a Certificate in Sports Massage from the school. Nicholas Pugin also holds an ND in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Nicholas is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Personal Trainer, and they are also certified by Joan Nortje and Ass. in First Aid Level 1.
