Hillel Rom has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Hillel founded and served as the CTO of Furious Corp. since its establishment in 2014. Prior to that, they were the founder and CTO of Playshift from 2012 to 2013. Hillel also co-founded and served as the CTO of Double Fusion from 2004 to 2012 and 3dMe from 2000 to 2004. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of R&D at BioMediCom from 1999 to 2000 and as a Project Manager at Nichimen Graphics from 1996 to 1998. Hillel started their career at JPL - NASA/Caltech as an MTS from 1993 to 1994.
Hillel Rom completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel from 1984 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the same institution from 1987 to 1989. Hillel then went on to pursue their PhD in Computer Science at the University of Southern California from 1989 to 1993.
