Early in the career, Craig worked as a firefighter and emergency medical technician with the Town of Delafield Fire Department, while also serving as a Corporate Safety Specialist at Harley-Davidson. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational & Environmental Safety & Health, complemented by certifications in emergency medical services and various safety training roles.
