Vanessa Hagen

Vanessa Hagen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Owner of Furnace Creek Counseling since April 2018, specializing in marriage and couples counseling, relationship intimacy issues, parenting struggles, and divorce/blended family matters, including court-ordered reunification and co-parenting counseling. With experience in counseling transgender individuals and working with a diverse range of clients, Vanessa addresses issues such as anxiety, depression, and child behavioral problems. Prior to this role, Vanessa served as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Associates of Springfield Psychological from March 2012 to April 2018, and as a Clinical Therapist at CONCERN Counseling Services from January 2009 to April 2012, providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups and collaborating with various professionals. Vanessa holds a Master of Education in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from William & Mary.
