Tom Leach

Tom Leach is an experienced finance professional with a substantial background in the building society sector. Currently serving as Interim Finance Director at Furness Building Society since October 2024, Tom previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Monmouthshire Building Society from July 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included oversight of Finance, Business Intelligence, Treasury, Credit Risk, and Regulatory Reporting, along with serving as Chair of ALCO.
