Jacy Sharbaugh has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. In 2002, they began their career with Interstate Hotels & Resorts, holding various positions including Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Corporate General Manager. During this time, they focused on improving service scores at different properties. In 2006, Jacy joined Hersha Hospitality as a General Manager, where they successfully increased customer service scores and implemented cost-saving measures. Jacy then worked at BridgeStreet Worldwide as an Assistant General Manager from 2007 to 2010 and at BridgeStreet as a General Manager from 2010 to 2012. Jacy's next role was with AVE by Korman Communities, where they served as the Suite Operations Manager from 2013 to 2016 and later became the Director of Suite Operations until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Furnished Quarters. Throughout their career, Jacy has demonstrated expertise in maintaining operational standards, managing capital improvement projects, vendor procurement, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Jacy Sharbaugh attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1991 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
