Paul Scully

Paul Scully has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Vice President of Human Resources at Furniture Marketing Group, Inc. In this position, they provide ongoing HR leadership for multiple operations across the country, oversees the company's HRIS, and administers the 401(k) plan. Paul also implemented a new performance management tool to enhance employee engagement. Prior to this, Paul served as the HR Director at Weir's Furniture, where they successfully led the company through expansion, increased revenue, and employee growth. Paul also trained company leadership, advocated for employees in benefit and insurance matters, and transitioned the company's compensation strategy. Earlier in their career, Paul held roles as a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, HR Manager, HR Administrative Assistant, and worked in the Information Center.

Paul Scully attended The University of Texas at Austin and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. Paul then went on to study at Dallas Theological Seminary and obtained a Master of Arts degree in 2000.
