Cal al-Dhubaib

Cal Al-Dhubaib currently serves as the Head of AI and Data Science at Further and is an Advisory Board Member at Women in Analytics. Previously, Cal held the position of Head of Growth and Strategy at Data Scientific and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pandata, an award-winning firm focused on AI solutions for high-risk sectors. Cal also founded Triple Analytics, aimed at aligning healthcare payers and providers. Earlier experience includes roles as Research Lead at IHPM - Middle East, collaboration with Saudi Aramco for workplace health studies, and involvement in academic research at Case Western Reserve University. Cal completed a Bachelor's Degree in Data Science and Master's Studies in Systems and Control Engineering at Case Western Reserve University, with additional training in the Ethics of AI from MIT.
