Akshay Subramanian

Akshay Subramanian's work experience includes having worked as a Principal at Further Ventures since July 2022. Previously, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from June 2020 to July 2022 and as an Associate from June 2018 to June 2020. Akshay also worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from September 2013 to April 2016. Akshay has experience as a Summer Intern in advisory services at Ernst & Young in 2012, as well as a Summer Intern in family office at India Infoline Private Wealth Management Ltd. in 2011. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Intern at Merck Limited.

Akshay Subramanian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, a minor in Mathematics, and a certificate in German from The Wharton School in the years 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania from 2016 to 2018. Simultaneously, they also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Operations Management from The Wharton School during the same period. In addition to their formal education, Akshay also obtained a certification in Zertifikat Deutsch für den Beruf (ZDfB) from the Goethe Institute in April 2013. Prior to their university studies, Akshay completed their high school education at Dubai Modern High School from 1995 to 2009.
