Ganesh Mahidhar

Ganesh Mahidhar has a diverse work experience. Ganesh started their career as a Summer Research Intern at ARCI in 2015. Ganesh then worked as a Teaching Assistant at IIT Hyderabad from 2014 to 2016. At the same time, they also served as a Manager in the Literary Society at IIT Hyderabad from 2014 to 2016. After that, they joined Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited as a Maintenance Engineer, where they achieved a plant availability of 98.22% from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Management Consulting Intern at Accenture Strategy, where they received a Pre Placement Offer and excelled in developing dashboards and enhancing the demand-supply gap model for Oil and Gas Clients. Ganesh also held managerial roles at the Consult Club - IIM Ahmedabad and the Forum for Industry Interaction (FII), IIM Ahmedabad. In 2020, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Junior Associate and worked there until 2022. Most recently, they worked as the Chief of Staff at a Stealth Startup. Currently, they are an Investment Associate at Further Ventures since 2023.

Ganesh Mahidhar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, from 2012 to 2016. Ganesh then pursued their Post Graduate Program (PGP) at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2018 to 2020.

Before their higher education, Ganesh Mahidhar attended Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Public School Jubilee Hills from 1998 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Ganesh Mahidhar obtained two certifications with honors. Ganesh completed the "Equivalent Circuit Cell Model Simulation" course from Coursera in May 2022 and the "Introduction to battery-management systems" course, also from Coursera, in May 2022.
