Nathalie M. is the Co-Founder of Furthr, a company that offers always-on cashback to customers through card-linking technology. Nathalie is also a Board Member for Wheelchair Rugby Australia, Disability Sports Australia, University of Technology Sydney, Novartis Australia & New Zealand, Health Pty Ltd, Bader Capital, Hoc Mai Foundation NSLHD, and HelpDeliver. Previously, Nathalie worked as a Director at PwC Australia.

Nathalie M. has a diverse educational background in various fields. Nathalie earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney, specializing in Economics, Government, Law, Political Science, and Marketing. Nathalie also holds a Master's degree in Contract Law & Humanitarian Law from the University of Technology Sydney.

Nathalie pursued further studies at the University of Sydney, where they completed a Master of International Public Health degree. This program provided their with expertise in International Project Management, Epidemiology, and Infectious Disease Control. Nathalie later pursued a PhD in Medicine and Health from the same university.

In addition to their extensive studies, Nathalie also completed an Executive MBA program at UTS from 2009 to 2014, emphasizing Business Administration and Management. Moreover, they acquired a Graduate Certificate in UX and Web Design from Billy Blue College of Design in 2017.

Nathalie has also participated in several certificate programs to enhance their professional skills. Nathalie received a Certificate in Clinical Studies Ethics from Harvard University in 2007 and a Certificate in Machine Learning from Stanford University in 2018. Nathalie also holds a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults from the University of Cambridge and a Certificate in Medicines Australia Compliance from the University of Tasmania.

Nathalie has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with current topics. Nathalie has completed various short courses, including a Vaccine Storage and Cold Chain Management module from HETI Higher Education, New Infection Control Training from the Department of Health (focused on COVID-19), and Mechanical Ventilation for COVID-19 from the Harvard Extension School (specializing in Ventilator Use in Clinical Setting). Nathalie also obtained a Certificate in Computer Science from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Currently, Nathalie is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicine and Health from the University of Sydney, with an expected completion date in 2024.
