Henry Chong

Henry Chong has worked in the financial services industry since 2009. Henry began their career as a Director at Portcullis Group, where they provided corporate, trustee and fund administration services to high-net-worth individuals and other clients. In 2015, they became Chief Executive Officer of Fusang, Asia's first fully licensed and regulated digital financial ecosystem for security tokens and assets. In 2018, they became Chairman of the Labuan Fintech Association, and in 2021 they joined the FinTech Association of Malaysia as a Committee Member.

Henry Chong obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from Informatics Education Ltd. in 2001-2002. Henry then obtained a Certificate in Chinese Language and Literature from Peking University in 2009-2010. After that, they obtained a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford in 2011-2014. Henry then obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2014-2016. Henry then obtained a Master of Arts from the University of Oxford in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a Taekwondo Black Belt from the World Taekwondo Federation in 2006, an Open Water Diver from PADI in 2004, and is a Fellow of The RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) and THE ROYAL ASIATIC SOCIETY OF GREAT BRITAIN AND IRELAND.
