Matt Bailey

Matt Bailey currently serves as Managing Partner at Fuse since November 2025, following a notable tenure at Octagon where roles included Head of Brand Partnerships and Group Director from August 2011 to November 2025. At Octagon, Matt managed significant client accounts such as UPS, Cisco, and Liverpool FC, collaborating with various departments and rights holders, including FIFA and UEFA. Previous experience includes Account Director at Leo Burnett, overseeing McDonald's sponsorship rights in Europe and globally, and an Account Executive position at IMG, supporting major accounts like O2 and RBS. Matt holds a 2:1 degree in Geography from Durham University and attended Charterhouse School.
