Madeline Ruffin-Thomas

Madeline Ruffin-Thomas currently serves as Vice President of Fundraising Strategies at Fuse Fundraising, a role held since May 2020, following the organization's rebranding from MINDset direct in May 2021. Prior to this, Madeline held various positions at DRUM Agency from January 2018 to April 2020, including Group Director and Vice President, Group Account Director, before the agency closed due to COVID-19 impacts. Madeline’s earlier experience includes multiple roles at BKV, where responsibilities evolved from Assistant Account Executive to Account Director from September 2007 to December 2017. Additional experience includes an Account Coordinator position at Action Integrated Marketing and roles in inside sales and advertising internships. Madeline holds degrees in Advertising and French from The University of Georgia, completed between 2001 and 2004.
