Bryce Boyer, MBA, PMP, CSM

Bryce Boyer, MBA, PMP, CSM has a strong background in project management with roles at Fuse Integration, Microsoft, and the US Navy. At Fuse Integration, as a Project Manager II, they oversee a tactical communication prototype project with a budget of over $1 million for military organizations operating in electromagnetically challenged environments. Bryce manages the development of innovative software, network, and hardware solutions to enhance network and IP-based communications. At Microsoft, as a Tech Project Manager, Bryce delivered $1 million worth of Virtual Reality software within strict timelines by translating business requirements to technical requirements. Bryce utilized Agile Kanban boards and Scrum meetings to facilitate collaboration and successfully landed a 3D interactive medical product modeling project with a software development team, resulting in increased stockholder investment for a client. At the US Navy, Bryce served as an Engineering Project Manager, where they managed a $1 billion Navy ship and led over 300 personnel across multiple cross-functional teams during a two-year deployment overseas. Bryce presented 40 engineering reports, briefed to Congress weekly, highlighting the need to prioritize safety concerns over the operational schedule.

Bryce Boyer has an extensive education history. Bryce obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Program Management from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Bryce attended this program from 2019 to 2021.

Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics, with Merit, from the United States Naval Academy. Bryce attended this institution from 2010 to 2014.

In 2013, Bryce Boyer also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a summer program. Bryce participated in the Mastery in the Art of Negotiating Strategy & Tactics course.
