Program Manager at Fuse Integration

Santosh Philip has extensive work experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Santosh started their career at Imagecorp Inc as a Senior Engineer, conducting advanced image and video processing research. After Imagecorp was acquired by SET Corp, Santosh continued their research role until 2004.

In 2005, Santosh joined SET as a Research Engineer, focusing on advanced research in video and image processing. During this time, they developed a product prototype that required mechanical and electrical control through software.

Santosh then moved to ATA Engineering in 2007 as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for commercial software development. Their work mainly involved C/C++, Matlab, GUI-based applications, and .Net (C#), as well as licensing and installers based on Installshield.

In 2009, Santosh joined Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems as a Software Lead and Senior Engineer. In this role, they led a team of software developers in producing real-time software for unmanned systems. Santosh made direct program management level design decisions and coordinated schedules, resources, and budgets with senior management.

From 2013 to 2018, Santosh worked at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems as a Software Supervisor and Senior Engineer. Santosh managed and supervised a team of software developers, ensuring the production of vital software for various government programs. Their responsibilities included requirements traceability, coordinating with project managers on schedule and budget, planning team resources, and providing status updates to various stakeholders.

Currently, Santosh is working at Fuse Integration as a Program Manager. Santosh collaborates with customers, engineering teams, finance, and contract experts to develop and demonstrate advanced Airborne Integrated Systems to Department of Defense (DoD) customers. Santosh manages diverse budgets and multidisciplinary teams to meet contract and program objectives, and they are involved in developing RFP submissions and maintaining project objectives and obligations.

Throughout their career, Santosh has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in software development and program management within the aerospace and defense industry.

Santosh Philip attended Nanuet High School from 1990 to 1994. Santosh then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1994 to 1998. After completing their undergraduate studies, Santosh went on to enroll at the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1998 to 2000.
