Jessica Collum

Jessica Collum is an experienced Solutions Consultant at Fuse Universal since November 2022, with a strong background in implementation and process improvement acquired through previous roles at Fresho, BAE Systems, and IRS Scotland. At Fresho, Jessica served as a Senior Implementation Associate and previously as an Implementation Associate, where skills in large-scale literature review and systems engineering principles were developed. Jessica's PhD research at BAE Systems focused on optimizing the design process for engineered-to-order products. Additional experience includes a Junior Operations Manager role at IRS Scotland involving business development and problem-solving, and part-time employment at ASDA demonstrating strong organizational skills while pursuing a Master's degree in Product Design Engineering at the University of Strathclyde.
