Richard Hyland

Richard Hyland has worked in the technology industry since 1999. From 1999 to 2008, they were a Senior Web Developer and Webmaster at The Conservative Party. In 2008, they joined AEG Europe where they held two roles: Applications Specialist and Lead Applications Specialist. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Time Inc. UK as Technical Team Leader and Lead Developer for the Women's Lifestyle Team. Since 2018, they have been the Head of Technology at 36Zero, where they are responsible for managing the development team, QA team, software architecture, Agile processes, delivery, hiring, and scoping.

Richard Hyland attended Westcliff High School for Boys from 1994 to 1996. Richard then went on to study at the University of Southampton, where they obtained a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering between 1996 and 1999.
