Stephan Harman

Stephan Harman is a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong background in the restaurant and hospitality industries. As Co-Founder of Paceline Restaurant Partners since September 2020, Harman focuses on cultivating unique restaurant start-ups, recently integrating The Wizard of Za and Hunny Bee's Crispy Fried into the FUSIAN family. In addition, Harman serves as a Partner at The Wizard of Za, which specializes in authentic Sicilian and New York-style pizza. A Co-Founder of FUSIAN, INC. since March 2010, Harman has contributed to the creation of a fast-casual sushi and Asian-inspired bowl destination with multiple locations in Ohio. Previous experience includes roles at The Gant and Apple, emphasizing sales and marketing acumen. Harman holds a BS and BBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
