Paul Duerden

Paul Duerden is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sales at InnoSoft Canada Inc. since December 2015, Duerden oversees the sales team, revenue forecasting, onboarding processes, contract negotiations, and marketing initiatives. Additionally, Duerden is the owner of Empower Conditioning and has provided on-air volleyball analysis for CBC, covering major events such as the World League Volleyball and the Olympic Games. Past roles include Sales and Leasing Consultant at Finch Chevrolet, Director of Volleyball Network at National Fitness Training, and a distinguished 15-year career as a professional volleyball athlete representing Canada in over 330 international matches, including 14 seasons in Europe.
