Blair Cheeseman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. They began their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Active Duty - Enlisted/E-5, where they performed financial management and accounting duties. After their service, Cheeseman joined Aerotek as an Account Executive in the Technical Recruiting division, specializing in placing technical professionals in various sectors. They also served as a Senior Recruiter for Aerotek's Engineering & Design sector. Next, Cheeseman worked at ConAgra Foods as an HR Generalist, providing assistance in all aspects of human resources for a manufacturing plant. Currently, they are employed at Fusion Academy as the Manager of Leadership Recruiting, responsible for overseeing the full cycle recruiting of leadership positions across multiple campuses.
Blair Cheeseman has a B.A. degree in Finance & General Business from Michigan State University. Blair also attended the US Marines School of Infantry and obtained a degree in Financial Management from the US Marines. In 2013, they received a certification in Foundations of Leadership from ConAgra Foods.

Over 20 years ago Fusion Academy started as a single, truly unique private school in Solana Beach, CA. In 2009, Fusion Education Group (FEG) helped replicate the school with a Los Angeles campus and has continued to do so across the country. Fusion is a revolutionary place that changes the world for students and their families. We’re an accredited private school providing one-to-one education for kids from grades 6-12.
