John Johnson

John Johnson is a highly experienced educator specializing in math, physics, and ESL instruction. Currently serving as a Math and Physics Instructor at Fusion Academy since November 2021, John has a diverse background that includes roles as an ESL Instructor at Gold Mountain Bridge Foreign Language School and New Bridge Foreign Language Institute, as well as a Director of Studies and instructor at Shi Ji Jin Yuan High School. Additionally, John has served as an IELTS Examiner with the British Council and taught various science subjects at Beijing #8 Middle School’s International Department. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in TESOL and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from San José State University and the University of Sunderland, respectively, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics with a minor in Mathematics.
