Raquel Morales

Raquel Morales has a diverse work experience, primarily in the education sector. Raquel started their career in 2012 as a Middle School Coordinator at the Boys and Girls Club of the West Valley. In 2014, they joined the Los Angeles Unified School District as a Paraprofessional and worked there until December 2016. From 2014 to 2020, they also worked as the Director of Campus Operations/Campus Coordinator at Futures Academy. Most recently, they joined Fusion Academy in June 2020 as the Regional Director of Operations.

Raquel Morales received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Operations Management and Healthcare Management from North Park University in the years 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the same institution between 2008 and 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross in January 2024.
