Tainah Georges has a diverse work experience ranging from education to business consulting and admissions. Tainah started their career in 2007 as an Admissions/Recruitment Manager at Career Education Corporation. Tainah later worked as Admissions/Recruitment Manager at EDMC before becoming the Director of Admissions and Student Life at Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory. Tainah then joined New Horizons South Florida as an Education Consultant/Veterans Administrator. Tainah also served as the Campus Admissions & Outreach Director at The Dan Marino Foundation before becoming the Director of Admissions at Cardinal Gibbons High School FL. Tainah has experience as a Director of Admissions & Outreach at College Living Experience (CLE), where they were responsible for admissions and outreach efforts. Tainah also worked as a Business Consultant/Licensed Insurance Sales & Recruitment Professional when they were self-employed. Tainah has been a Programming Chair and a Board of Director at The Planned Giving Council of Broward County. Currently, they hold the role of Lead Teacher/Mentor at Fusion Academy and will transition to the position of Director of Outreach later in 2023.
Tainah Georges has a Dual Bachelors of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies & American Studies from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, completed between 1998 and 2003. Tainah also holds a High School Diploma in General Studies from Bay Shore High School, obtained between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, Tainah has a Life Incl Var Annuity & Health License (2-15) from the State of Florida. Tainah is also certified as an Insurance Agent for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities by the State of Florida.

Over 20 years ago Fusion Academy started as a single, truly unique private school in Solana Beach, CA. In 2009, Fusion Education Group (FEG) helped replicate the school with a Los Angeles campus and has continued to do so across the country.
