Raido Oja

Raido Oja has extensive work experience in the IT solutions and consulting field. Raido began their career in 2003 as a Remedy ARS Developer at Estonian Railways, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined Fusion Global Business Solutions as a Managing Consultant, and later transitioned into the role of Principal IT Solutions Architect in May 2019.

Raido Oja completed their Bachelor's degree in Network Software and Intelligent Systems from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology during the period of 2000 to 2006. Additionally, they hold certifications in BMC Remedy Service Desk and Change Management 8.x from BMC Software, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
