Jim Foley

Jim Foley, LCSW, currently serves as a Tele-Therapist at Fusion Care Group and as a Therapist at Cerebral, roles held since September 2021 and September 2020 respectively. Previously, Jim served as the Retired Director of Health & Human Services for Amador County from February 2012 to September 2020, overseeing multiple departments including Social Services, Mental Health, and Public Health. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Director at St. Francis Home for Children (2005 - 2012), Clinical Program Manager at Stanford Home (2001 - 2005), and Therapist and Facility Manager at Rainbow Rehab (1990 - 2000). Jim earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Religion/Philosophy from Spring Arbor University.
