Lisa Wright has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Lisa is currently working as the Director - Service Delivery Project Management at Fusion Connect, where they are responsible for leading project management teams, managing conflicts, and ensuring efficient processes. Before this role, Lisa worked as a Manager of Project Management, where they served as the point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders and met company customer satisfaction metrics. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager, providing project management for VoIP and Data implementations, hosting meetings with stakeholders, and providing weekly project reports. Lisa also has experience as an Implementation Consultant at FusionConnect and West IP Communications, where they provided consulting and implemented various projects. Lisa started their career as a Lead Communications Consultant at Cypress Communications and has also worked as an Implementation Specialist at Inteliquent and Customer Service Manager at Intermedia Communications. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in project management, customer service, and team leadership.
