Yanhuan Cheng (She/Her)

Yanhuan Cheng, PMP (She/Her) has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Yanhuan is currently working at Avanade as a Consultant ERP Software Development since June 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Fusion Connect for almost a decade, where they served as a Software Development Manager. In this role, they led and directed projects for Billing, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing departments. Yanhuan'sresponsibilities included software development, project management, system maintenance, sprint cycle releases, business analysis, design documentation, team management, budget control, and more. Before joining Fusion Connect, Yanhuan worked at Calsoft Systems as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Microsoft Dynamics Sr. ERP Consultant from March 2001 to June 2012.

Yanhuan Cheng, PMP (She/Her) holds a degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Technology. In addition to their formal education, Yanhuan has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) from Microsoft, obtained in September 2021.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in February 2020.

- Learning Python from LinkedIn, obtained in September 2019.

- Microsoft Business Solutions Certified Professional in FRx Report Design from Microsoft Business Solutions, obtained in September 2004.
