Jagdish Rohit

Jagdish Rohit has worked in various roles since 2006. Jagdish began their career as a Computer Hardware-Software Technician at Pestcone Pest Control Services in 2006. Jagdish then moved to Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited in 2007 as a Data Entry Operator (English & Gujarati). That same year, they were hired by Sterling-Hoffman Software Consultant Pvt. Ltd. as a Net Sourcing Associate. In 2008, they joined Parry Enterprises India Ltd. Tuflex India Divison as an Assistant System (IT), where they were responsible for maintaining all computers & printers, systematic hardware/software installation, solving software and hardware/networking problems, and managing the company's ERP software & SAP. In 2014, they began working as an IT Support Engineer at Concentrix, and in 2015 they were hired by Rigel Networks as a System and Network Administrator. Currently, Jagdish Rohit is a System Engineer at Fusion Factor Corporation, where their roles include troubleshooting application errors, operating systems errors, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office, SonicWall SSL-VPN, Sophos VPN, and Printers, as well as managing Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, SonicWALL, SOPHOS, Remote Support, ConnectWise Manage Ticket Portal, ConnectWise Automate, IT Glue, N-Able Passportal, Datto Backup Portal, and Acronis Backup Portal.

Jagdish Rohit's education history includes completing a HSC in Commerce from Shri Bharati Vidyalaya between 2000 and 2001. Jagdish then attended ITI Tarsali Vadodara Gujarat, where they obtained a COPA in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology in 2003-2004 and a Desktop Publishing Operator in Graphic Design in 2004. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Sales Fundamentals - Sales Consultant from Sophos in February 2022, and a COPA certification.
