Tanya Wright has extensive experience in workforce development and recruitment, currently serving as a Workforce Development Business Partner and Apprenticeship Programme Manager at Fusion Lifestyle since March 2019. Prior to this, Tanya held various roles within Fusion Lifestyle, including Resourcing and Engagement Lead, and also worked at Leisure People as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in both Permanent and Temporary Divisions from September 2015 to April 2019. Earlier career highlights include a position as a Recruitment Consultant at Leisurejobs and various management roles at LA Fitness UK, where Tanya served as General Manager and Deputy Club Manager. Tanya’s career began at Fusion Lifestyle in 2006, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Customer Relations Manager before advancing into recruitment and development.
