Corey Watton

Corey Watton is the current Chief Financial Officer at Fusion Medical Staffing. Corey has over 10 years of experience in the finance industry, with the majority of that time spent in senior leadership positions. Prior to joining Fusion Medical Staffing, Corey was the Chief Financial Officer at Home Instead Senior Care for 10 years. During their time at Home Instead Senior Care, Corey was responsible for overseeing all financial, HR, and strategic functions for the company. Corey was also responsible for leading a team of 18 employees and managing a budget of millions of dollars.

Under Corey's leadership, Home Instead Senior Care achieved its highest net income four out of five years. Corey also played a key role in the growth of the company, from four entities to 19. In addition, Corey instituted an online budgeting and forecasting process that saved the company millions of dollars each year. Corey also led four domestic and one international acquisitions, as well as repurchasing hundreds of franchise units from the former Master Franchisor in the UK.

Corey Watton attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Corey also holds a certification from the State of Nebraska as a Certified Public Accountant.
