Rhea Mason

Rhea Mason is currently the Compliance Manager at Fusion Medical Staffing. Rhea has previous experience working as a Compliance Specialist from October 2013 to April 2016 at Remedy Intelligent Staffing. There, they were responsible for conducting full background authorizations for new employees, working with internal staff to ensure quality control of all new employee documentation, and managing the life cycle of all unemployment claims. Rhea also has experience managing day-to-day office functions and providing various reports for clients while maintaining employment compliance. In addition, they provided training for all new hires regarding Financial Service Training and ensured compliance of all employment documentation.

Rhea Mason completed a degree in criminal justice/police science at Bellevue University. Rhea then went on to complete a degree in the same field at the University of South Dakota.

They work with Carla Morton - Compliance Manager, Kiley Cleveland - Compliance Manager. Their manager is Brittany Lidgett, Director of Compliance.
