Scott started their career as a Customer Service/Teller at Cascade Bank in 2009 before transitioning to Allstate in 2010, where they worked as a Claim Rep, specializing in offering high-quality customer service and processing claims.

In 2011, Taylor joined Fusion of Ideas as a Production Manager, where they significantly expanded and scaled the operation by implementing new processes and procedures. Scott managed four departments and played a crucial role in hiring and training employees.
