Frances Ma is an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in managing day-to-day operations and financial activities across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Fusion People since August 2014, Frances oversees the Sydney office's financials, including accounts payable/receivable and cash-flow management, while collaborating with external accountants and auditors. Prior experience includes similar roles at Adroit Lawyers and Adroit People, where Frances was instrumental in coordinating recruitment projects and managing accounts within the HR advisory sector. Frances holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Design, Interior Design from the University of Canberra.
