Steve Downing

Steve Downing started their work experience in 1995 as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Additional Contract Services. Steve then worked as a Recruiter/Sourcer at BAE Systems from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Recruiting Manager at Greenlight Professional Services. In 2008, they joined BAE Systems-Advanced Information Technologies as a Staffing Consultant. Steve worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at The FootBridge Companies from 2010 to 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at The Broad Institute. Steve then joined Seven Bridges in 2016, where they served as a Senior Recruiter until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Epizyme, starting as a Senior Recruiter and later becoming the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Fusion Pharmaceuticals since 2022.

Steve Downing earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut between 1986 and 1990.
