Currently serving as Managing Director at FUSION RETRO BOOKS LTD since November 2014, Chris has previously held significant roles such as Planning and Delivery Manager at Phoenix Group, where leadership spanned major systems releases, and Programme Manager at Phoebus Software Ltd, overseeing large change programs for key clients. Earlier career highlights include Senior Project Manager at Iress UK, managing flagship applications, and Programme Manager at Loomis, where transformative management turned around a stalled £6 million deployment. Educational qualifications include a 2-1 degree in Computer Studies from the University of South Wales.
