Stacy Bates

Stacy Bates, PMP, has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Stacy is currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Services in the PMO Office at Fusion Risk Management. In this role, Stacy is responsible for overseeing professional services and project management operations.

Prior to their current position, Stacy worked as the Director of Professional Services at Mitratech, where they led a team of consultants and subcontractors in implementing Enterprise Legal Management software platforms. Stacy also played a crucial role in driving sales opportunities and collaborating with the internal sales team.

Before joining Mitratech, Stacy served as the Director of Professional Services at RCM Technologies, where they successfully launched a new sector and revitalized a strategic partnership. Stacy managed partner relationships, developed implementation strategies, and led various sales development initiatives.

Stacy's work experience also includes being the Chief Operating Officer at Kwantek, a talent and recruitment software start-up. Stacy focused on operational excellence and strategic leadership in high turnover markets. Stacy has also worked at ADP in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Benefits Administration, Director of Benefits Administration, and Senior Manager of Solution Center.

Stacy Bates, PMP, has a diverse education history. Stacy obtained a Certificate in Distillation, Wine and Brewing Studies from the University of Kentucky in 2024. Prior to that, they completed their Masters of Arts degree in Computer Resource and Information Management from Webster University in 2001. Stacy also holds a Philosophy degree in General Studies from the University of Kentucky, which they completed in 1995.

In addition to their degrees, Stacy has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they obtained the Kronos Workforce Ready Certification - HR, Time and Payroll from Kronos Incorporated. In 2011, they completed the Leadership Education and Action Program (LEAP) from ADP, and also became a Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS) from The Herman Group, Inc. Furthermore, in 2008, they achieved the Achieve Global - Certified Instructor - Stellar Service certification from Miller Heiman Group UK (Formally Achieve Global). Lastly, Stacy obtained their PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2004.
