Co-founding Fusion Systems in 2005, Vaughan has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction. Additionally, Vaughan co-founded Binfinity AG, a digital asset marketplace, which operated from April 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Software Development Manager at Bloomberg LP from 2002 to 2005, a Director at NextSet Software from 2000 to 2002, and a Software Engineer at Merrill Lynch Japan from 1995 to 1999. Vaughan holds an MBA in Finance from INSEAD, obtained between 1999 and 2000.
