Paul Romano

Paul Romano is the COO of Fusion Worldwide, a position he has held since joining the company as employee number one in 2001. Prior to Fusion, Paul held similar roles with RW Electronics (Real World) and Converge. Paul started his career as an officer in the US Army, leaving with the rank of Major. He holds a BA from Bucknell University, an MSSM from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the Booth School at the University of Chicago. Paul is the current President of the Board of the Independent Distributors of Electronics Association, a role he has held for the past 4 years. He was selected as a ‘Supply Chain Pro to Know in 2013 by Supply and Demand Chain Executive and is a sought-after expert in electronic component distribution quality.
