Paul Towers

Paul Towers currently serves as Framework Manager for Construction and Decarbonisation at Fusion21 since July 2022. Previously, Paul held the position of Supply Chain Manager at The Guinness Partnership from April 2015 to December 2022, and before that, was Framework Manager at Fusion21 from December 2013 to April 2015. In 2013, Paul briefly worked as Interim Contract Manager for the University Hospital of North Staffordshire, focusing on supplier re-engagement to meet NHS efficiency targets. Earlier experiences include Group Procurement Manager roles at Your Housing Group and Harvest Housing Group, where Paul managed significant procurement functions and influenced considerable budgets. Paul’s educational background includes studies at Westwood High School and Stoke on Trent College.
