Ryan Sands

Ryan Sands is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management. Currently serving as SVP at Mint Werx since August 2021, Sands also holds the position of Principal at Sandmark Holdings, LLC, and serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Pinsights, both established in February 2019. Additionally, Sands is Managing Partner at BSM Group, LLC since September 2019. A significant part of Ryan Sands' career includes a 13-year tenure at H&R Block, where various leadership roles were held, including Head of Business Development and Director of Corporate Analytics. Earlier experience includes a role as an Associate in Business Advisory Services at Grant Thornton, LLP. Ryan Sands holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, as well as a focus in Economics and Finance from Rockhurst University, completed in 2004.
