Marlene Sebastian

Marlene Sebastian is an experienced training professional currently serving as the Training Manager at fusionSpan since September 2021, where collaboration with the Director of Training and various implementation teams leads to the design and delivery of custom Salesforce/Fonteva training for nonprofit and association personnel. Marlene previously held the role of Senior Training Specialist and Instructional Designer at fusionSpan, focusing on internal and external training alignment with performance objectives. Prior to fusionSpan, Marlene worked as the LMS Project & Training Coordinator at the University of Windsor, managing comprehensive Blackboard LMS training initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as Data Analytics Coordinator and Insurance Broker at Cypher Systems Group (CSG) and as Senior Training and Development Specialist at Sutherland Global Services. Marlene holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology with Thesis from the University of Windsor and a Master's degree in Educational Technology from The University of British Columbia.
