Samantha Degelman

Samantha Degelman has a diverse work experience across various industries. Samantha started as an Operations Analyst II at Cardtronics, where they focused on background checks and regulatory compliance. Samantha then moved on to Northwest Plan Services, Inc. as a Retirement Plan Analyst, where they analyzed actuarial data and ensured compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations. Their most recent role was as a Business Operations Manager at FusionTek, where they developed strategies to optimize business processes, managed cross-functional teams, and analyzed performance metrics. Prior to this, they also worked at FusionTek as a Service and Procurement Administrator, responsible for RFQs and order fulfillment.

Samantha Degelman attended Midstate College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
