Lei Han

Lei Han has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. From 2004 to 2010, they worked at Siemens Limited China as a Client BackOffice Team Leader and Senior IT Engineer. In their roles, Lei was responsible for all infrastructure requests of client and server management, ensuring that the ITIL process was implemented in their team, and coordinating and assisting with problem management, availability management, and capacity management. In 2010, Lei began working at Volkswagen Financial Services (China) as an Infrastructure Manager, Team Leader of IT Infrastructure Project & Standard, and IT Senior Officer. In these roles, Lei managed the Infrastructure of VWFC, Market China, implemented technologies in a cost-effective way, and managed all basic IT operations and infrastructure related tasks.

Lei Han obtained a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Renmin University of China between 2018 and 2021.
