Richard Lundborn

Richard Lundborn is the current Business Line Manager, Community Development at Fuss & O'Neill. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager and Professional Civil Engineer at Norway Plains Associates, Inc. from January 2003 to January 2015. Richard then became Branch Manager at CLD | Fuss & O'Neill from January 2015 to July 2018.

Richard has experience in managing all aspects of projects, developing proposals and cost estimates, helping clients develop concept plans, and working directly on the design and permitting of projects. Richard is skilled in meeting with Local, State and Federal regulators to obtain required approvals and permits for clients, as well as presenting projects to Municipal boards on behalf of clients.

Richard Lundborn attended Syracuse University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Richard is also certified by the State of Maine Board of Licensure as a Professional Engineer and by the State of New Hampshire Board of Licensure as a Professional Engineer.
