Philip Carter has a wealth of experience in the field of network support and customer service. Philip began their career in 2010 as a Mortgage Consultant at American Equity Mortgage, where they marketed mortgage products and designed loan programs for clients. In 2015, they joined Onepath LLC as a Service Operations Team Lead, providing support to Onepath's Field Engineers and leading the Customer Service team. Philip also assisted with hardware configuration of routers and switches, testing, troubleshooting, installation and cabling of network and alarm devices. In 2019, they began working as a Network Support Engineer at fœsus.
Philip Carter attended ITT Technical Institute-Kennesaw from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Network and System Administration/Administrator. Philip also attended Oglethorpe University from 1998 to 2001, studying Political Science and Government. In 2019, they obtained a CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
