Karl Bainbridge has a long-standing career at Futaba Manufacturing UK Ltd, starting as an Apprentice Engineering Technician and working their way up to becoming an Engineering Manager. With experience in various roles such as NPI specialist, Production Kaizen Engineer, and Senior Specialist Project Engineering, Karl has proven himself to be a valuable asset in the field of engineering. Karl's expertise lies in tooling & equipment design, production optimization, and eliminating wasteful processes within the company. Karl holds degrees in ONC HNC & HND Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire.
