Gerard Benthem has extensive experience in sales and management within the packaging film industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Benelux, France, Nordic, Turkey, and MEA at Futamura since July 2016, Gerard specializes in eco-friendly packaging solutions, particularly NatureFlex compostable films. Previously, Gerard held several roles at Innovia Films, including Manager of Sales and Technical Service for Benelux and Sales Account Manager for Benelux. Earlier career experiences include Sales Account Manager at UCB, Manager of Customer Service and Logistics at Amcor, and various roles in production and logistics at UCB and Fasson Nederland B.V. Gerard's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from HTS Dordrecht and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Christian HTS Hilversum.
